Unique expertise: Ability to build TA and talent communities with segmented service offerings and solutions. To drive and improve service offerings and operational excellence across operational recruitment and in house executive search capability. To help drive total workforce solutions and flex labor strategies.
Commerciality: Have been directly accountable for design and implementation of 14 RPO solutions over the last 10 years. Each providing cost savings of $3-4 million over 3 years, whilst improving quality of service and high touch solutions. Multiple examples of driving efficiencies to measurably improve TA service delivery to meet business objectives.
Strengths: Ability to drive change programs within TA and to build function that provides high touch service offering and capability. Ability to secure investment for capability building within the function. Track record of successful partnerships with Business, HR, Organisational Design and Talent Management teams.
