Remits of particular interest: End to end HR Transformation, including system, process and operational set up, business case, P&L & budget responsibility. Used to being a key member of the HR leadership team and working closely with CHRO.

Unique expertise: Extensive International experience, and juggling project priorities with "business as usual" demands in highly complex and matrixed environments.  

Commerciality: Increased efficiency in HR Operations team by 10% through technology and processes. Optimised system and process delivery for talent and performance across 25 markets in less than 6 months. Successful deployment of Workday to 10 markets in 7 months.
