Remits of particular interest: Responsibility for HR/People Operations, Talent Acquisition and/or Shared Services; in an organisation looking to transform and re-engineer its HR function.

Unique expertise: Has combined the shared services, analytics, systems and technology elements of HR/People Operations with program management and Talent Acquisition to bring a different perspective to the HR function - based on commercial imperatives and focused on business outcomes. Combining this with my M&A experience, I can bring a unique set of skills and insights to transformational roles and opportunities.

Commerciality: I developed and deployed a low-risk, high opportunity model for talent acquisition. In two years, this model delivered $5m of cost savings (against an annual spend of $10m) and funded CRM technology investments that re-engineered the hiring process for candidates, recruiters and managers, cutting time-to-fill by 20%. I also led the sourcing and management of programs to outsource HR administration (saving 25% in 2013 and a further 27% in 2018), reducing spend from $4.1m to $1.8m over that period.

Strengths: Looks for and delivers solutions that transform the operating foundation of the HR function, delivering not just cost savings and service maintenance - but step changes in approach, impact and effectiveness. Adept at finding ways of making outsourced deals more attractive and flexible without sacrificing quality or cost control. Extensive M&A experience evidenced from leading on the completion of 22 acquisitions in seven years (full cycle from due diligence to integration)

Need to know: I can help organisations to upgrade their HR/People Operations groups through transformation, engagement and development. I seek out and deliver the best and most suitable solutions for business challenges that challenge assumptions and set trends.
